What Can You Expect?

  There’ll be plenty of time for group interaction so you’ll get the chance to ask your specific questions. The environment will be relaxed and friendly (smart-casual dress) & you’ll have the opportunity to exchange ideas with others. Places will be limited to a maximum of 8.

  Bring your laptop along so you can try out tips during the session. You’ll need to have Microsoft Outlook installed already. The workshop will be delivered using Microsoft Outlook 2010 & 2013. You’ll still get value if you’re using 2007 but some features covered may not be available.

  This session is suitable for anybody who uses Microsoft Outlook at work & wants to increase their practical skills & productivity. You’ll need to know the Outlook basics to get the most from the session.

  On receipt of your booking, we’ll confirm your place & send directions to the venue. Confirmation is sent to the person who made the booking. It’s the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the participant (if different) is informed.Course fees must be paid in full by credit/debit card at time of booking. Please note cancellations made within 14 days of the course will not be refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you can send another person in your place – please let us know any changes as soon as possible. An invoice will be sent to cover VAT.
